All Long Branch Area YMCA group programs offer experiences designed to deliver fun, fitness & fellowship for all. From Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, Softball & Group Training, there's a program for all interests and abilities.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to enhance your current routine, our certified personal trainers are here to help!

Once payment is made, you’ll receive a private consultation with one of our expert trainers. During this session, we’ll learn about your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Your trainer will then create a customized workout plan tailored specifically for you.

We’ll coordinate with your schedule to set up training sessions at times that work best for you.

The Y offers a variety of free group exercise classes members including Yoga, Spinning, HIIT, Low Impact Aerobics & more.  See the Welcome Center for more details about Group Exercise.

June 2025 Fitness Class Schedule

Softball games are played on Friday nights at the Don Schelle fields in the summer.
Ages:  High school through adult

Dates: Friday nights beginning May 2

Registration DeadlineApril 21

Team Fee: $275

All ages can play where the game was made!  Basketballs are located in the gymnasium.

Reserved Courts: Tuesday & Thursday | 6pm–8pm

Open Gym on Saturdays.  YMCA Programs take Precedence. 

All Hours Subject to Change.
