Once payment is made, you’ll receive a private consultation with one of our expert trainers. During this session, we’ll learn about your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Your trainer will then create a customized workout plan tailored specifically for you.
We’ll coordinate with your schedule to set up training sessions at times that work best for you.

Softball games are played on Friday nights at the Don Schelle fields in the summer.
