Indoor Walking Track

The indoor walking track is a favorite among YMCA
members. Walking the track is a great way for adults and
youth to enjoy exercise. You can also view all the activity
taking place below the track in the gymnasium and
gymnastics area. Members age 12 and over may walk
the track. Responsible children age 6 to 11 may walk on
the track with a responsible adult. Sorry, no
skateboards, roller skates, roller blades or baby strollers
are allowed on the track. Only 12 and 1/2 laps equal one mile. So come on out to the YMCA indoor walking track; in the summer we're cool and in the winter we’re warm. Walking indoors means there is no need to worry about straying dogs, straying cars, rain or darkness. Come join the fun at the YMCA!
