Indoor Walking Track

Members age 12 and over may walk the track. Responsible children age 6 to 11 may walk on the track with a responsible adult. 12 and 1/2 laps equal one mile.

Personal Training Sessions

We can help in achieving your personal goals for weight loss, muscular strength, cardio and muscular endurance, and sport specific training.
